Sushil Bhatter, the proprietor of Ess Bee Consulting, has more than 40 years of experience in setting up and managing Profit Centre Operations for a broad range of products in the Zinc, Glass Fiber, Cement, and Composite industries. His decisive leadership skills have resulted in quantifiable achievements in areas of strategic planning, project management, and manufacturing operations. Sushil served as CEO of Binani Group from 2005 to 2007 where he devised business development strategies to enhance profitability across verticals, identified and negotiated strategic tie-ups and alliances, and provided direction to achieve planned growth. He has a proven track record of leading from the front and has, over the course of his decades-long professional life, developed a highly tactical global network of Engineering Connections.

Sushil has a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree from BITS Pilani.
